Before becoming a Realtor®, Candace managed and operated a family-owned business in Crestview and worked in diagnostic imaging.
As a native of Emerald Coast, Florida, she has experience selling all across the panhandle of Fl. She leverages her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and the surrounding areas to guide her clients to make well-informed decisions.
A strong marketer with non-adversarial negotiating skills, Candace is determined to help buyers find their dream homes, assist sellers in marketing their property for the top dollar and give them ideas on building generational wealth through real estate. Since 2015, Candace has served a vast clientele from condo selling to coastal living to luxury real estate. She also specializes in new construction while representing a local builder.
